Tell us the part a form can't hold
Most first calls are about something the form cannot capture — a lane, a staircase, a hall with a loading window, a date in somebody else's hands. That is the useful conversation.

Weekdays & Saturday mornings
Through the working day Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. Moves run outside those hours where a job needs it.
- Both addresses
- Street and village at each end. Around Charnwood and the Wolds the village tells us more about access than the postcode does.
- The access
- Floors, stairs, lifts, and whether a long vehicle can reach and turn. A photograph of the approach answers it fastest.
- Roughly how much
- Rooms is enough — a three-bed semi, a cottage plus a loft, one student room.
- The dates
- Including the ones somebody else controls. A completion that might move changes the plan rather than the price.
- Anything awkward
- A piano, a safe, a marble top, a lane too narrow for a full-size vehicle, a hall with a booked loading window.
Where we work
The county, eight parts of it, set out on the coverage page. Beyond it, long-distance moves anywhere in Britain and European removals to four countries.
For a move that starts and finishes inside Loughborough, the town's own firm is the better call and we will give you their details rather than taking the booking.
If you are comparing firms
Ask each of us the same three questions: where will the vehicle stand, who is doing the wrapping, and what happens if the dates move. The answers separate firms faster than the prices do.
When you are ready, the quote form starts a survey. If you would rather just ask something, email or ring — nobody will chase you afterwards.
