Leicestershire Removals

Services

What we do, and what we refer on

Six services and a European arm, plus a short list of jobs that belong with somebody better equipped. Both halves matter when you are choosing a firm.

Terraces, semis, village houses

House removals

Whole households across the county — Victorian terrace in the city, interwar semi in Wigston or Oadby, a stone house in the Wolds, or a new build outside Hinckley.

What it involves →
Around school and work

Family moves

Moves built around a school run, a shift pattern or a start date, with beds rebuilt first and the kitchen working the same evening.

What it involves →
Out of the Midlands

Long-distance moves

The M1, M69 and A46 make this county one of the easiest places in England to start a long run from — north, south or west, with one crew at both ends.

What it involves →
Halls, houses, summer storage

Student moves

Two universities in the county and a rental market that turns over every summer. Room moves, house shares and storage over the holidays.

What it involves →
Single rooms and collections

Man and van

Two people and a van for part-loads, single items, marketplace collections and the jobs that do not need a full removal crew.

What it involves →
Materials and a gap to cover

Packing & storage

Packing at whatever level suits the household, and inventoried storage for the interval between a sale and a purchase — or a term and a tenancy.

Which one do you need?

A whole property is a house removal, even a small one. A room or a few pieces is man and van — and if it is a student room, the student page covers halls windows and summer storage too. Beyond the county it is long distance, which is a different plan rather than a longer one.

Packing sits on top of any of them; storage sits underneath when the dates do not meet.

Referred elsewhere

House clearance

Waste disposal needs a carrier licence we do not hold. We move and we store.

Pianos, safes and fine art

Beyond ordinary crating these want specialist equipment. We will name a firm rather than improvise.

Local-only work in Loughborough

The town has its own removals firm who work those streets daily. Both ends in Loughborough? Ring them.

Office fit-outs

A small office move is fine; a phased commercial fit-out with IT decommissioning is a different trade.

Tell us what needs moving and when.

A survey costs nothing and turns an estimate into a written quote. Rooms, access and the dates are enough to start.
