Both ends, and what there is

If your dates are still with somebody else's solicitor — or with a landlord, or a university — say so and leave the date blank. It changes the plan rather than the price.

Received, thank you.

We will read it properly and come back with a question or two before arranging a survey.

What happens next

Send thisSeven fields, two optional. No date yet? Leave it blank — that is half the enquiries we get.
We replyUsually with a question about access, because that is what the form cannot capture.
SurveyAcross the county in person, or by video for a smaller property or a student room.
Written quoteScope, inclusions, what would change it, and what happens if the dates move.

Student move?

Say which university and hall or street in the notes — see student moves for halls windows and summer storage.

Smaller load?

A room, a studio or a few pieces is man and van. Same form — describe it in the notes.

Leaving the country?

Name the country in the notes. Customs paperwork has a much longer lead time than the packing — see international removals.

Rather just ask?
